How do i know what size my nails are?

Click on ‘GUIDES’ at the top of the page to get detailed instructions on finding your perfect size.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Each set is hand-made to order, so it depends on the volume of your order and the design you choose. However, the majority of orders are made 1-3 days after the order has been processed, and is shipped off immediately once they are made.

UK delivery: 3-7 days

What’s included in your nail order?

Per set of nails you get:

  • A set of 10 custom nails
  • 1 wooden cuticle stick
  • Glue
  • 1 sheet of sticky tabs
  • Mini nail file
  • Alcohol pad

How long will my pressons last?

There is no guarantee on how long they will last, as it solely comes down to how you prep and apply your nails and what you do day to day. With proper application and good care we assume your nails should last:

Sticky Tabs: 1 week

Glue: 2 weeks

Are they reusable?

They are! As long as you look after them, you should be able to reuse them up to 5 times (or more)! That’s the great thing about press-ons!

Can i change the shape/colour of a design?

Currently we are unable to provide that service, but we are trying to work out a way to have this option available. BUT if you really wanted to you can use the included nail file to change the shape and length of your nails.

Can i return my order?

Unfortunately we do not accept returns due to hygiene reasons, if you are unhappy with your order, please email us via nailsbycgw@gmail.com so we can discuss this with you.
